I am from Ghana with a Ghana passport but am living in greece and was granted assylum and given a pink card. Will this allow me to travel to the United States under the waiver program being that Greece is now considered a waiver visa country? Can i apply for ESTA and travel to the U.S? any information would be helpful, thank you.

Lol,You cannot do so until you have gained Citizenship from Greece.Only citizens of Greece can use the VWP program to potentially enter the US visa free.
