i mean did they go to different places like India,china so they can show to them that they existed according to the belief of this religion. please no joke just want answer that someone might know from their best knowledge thanks :)

The "Greek Gods" lived on Mount Olympus, but they "went" everywhere that the Ancient Greeks went & lived. So if there were Ancient Greeks living in India or China, then there was probably a temple to some Greek God there somewhere. According to http://www.theoi.com/Olympios/Dionysos.html Dionysus hung out in India for awhile. In Greece and Aphrodite was born in Cyprus. Well you can say its the same.

As a follower of the Theoi, I don't believe that they literally lived on the Mount Olympus in Greece. :) I see the myths as symbolic stories, and while some of the tales may give a nod to actual historical facts here and there, I don't see them as literal, factual accounts. IMO the Theoi are wherever their followers are. One does not need to go to Greece or even be Greek to call upon them and honor them. They currently have followers worldwide. :)
