The Open University have a great many courses to choose from. They are one of the cheaper uni's in the UK, and courses are very flexible. http://www.open.ac.uk/

Write around to schools that have this program. You're not eligible for British research council fellowships, but you might find some places that offer you some other kind of financial aid. Some will even give you a little bit of spending money if you go full-time.
